VISO MUSIC just published a new video of Please, one of the songs included in Mountain Whales, our new album.

This weird video itself has been captured by "Lele Marcojanni" team some months ago near home, intended as part of an APP Project called ATLAS (which has not been realised so far...maybe someday...;-)

The song itself is actually quite different from the original one, and it is really unplugged acoustic live (one central mike only!)...a sort of rearranged baskers style version let's say! :-)

"Truth Be Told è il nuovo video ufficiale, estratto dal nostro ultimo album “Mountain Whales” uscito in questi giorni.

Stavolta abbiamo pensato di fare qualcosa di totalmente diverso dal solito e un po’ pazzo…

Risultato: abbiamo passato 12 ore consecutive a (cercare di) fare cose che mai avremmo potuto immaginare…ci siamo divertiti tantissimo mettendoci alla prova negli sport più diversi, coordinati dall’ormai rodato Lele Marcojanni (che già aveva girato il precedente “Everywhere”)

Per ottenere questo tipo di riprese ci siamo muniti di diverse ‘telecamere da casco’, Drift 170 HD, normalmente usate per gli sport estremi, che “Action Cameras Ltd – UK” direttamente da Londra, si è gentilmente offerta di prestarci.

Beh…siamo davvero contenti di quello che ne è venuto fuori!

Francesca: “…secondo me svegliarsi la mattina e vedere una cosa del genere è un’esperienza meravigliosa che tutti dovrebbero provare almeno una volta nella vita!”

Dopo un disco e due ep, gli Amycanbe producono “Mountain Whales”, uscito ormai ad ottobre dall’etichetta inglese Open Productions con artwork raffinato dell’illustratore/writer Dem.
Non che le opere precedenti degli Amycanbe, gruppo di Cervia formato da Francesca Amati (voce, strumenti), Marco Trinchillo (pianoforte, batteria, chitarra elettrica), Mattia Mercuriali, (chitarra elettrica, sintetizzatori, basso), Paolo Granari (fiati, basso), Glauco Slavo (chitarra elettrica), fossero da meno: la voce di Francesca con la sua forza emotiva è da sempre un passaggio verso mondi paralleli incantevoli, l’impianto sonoro della band è da sempre vivo, di un folk-rock ricco di screziature che è sempre suonato piacevole.
